Energy Alchemy sessions integrate Angel Therapy, Healing Touch Energy Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki, Advanced Psych-K, Somatic Mindfulness, and Five Element Plant Spirit Healing to nurture and enhance an individuals intention for physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual well-being. Energy Alchemy sessions are an open-hearted, gentle healing practice, that invokes the heart based healing stream of grace, the angelic realm, spiritual mentors, plant devas, and those healing masters who support our journey to realign and integrate with our spiritual being and live our best life.
Energy medicine addresses the whole person, honoring each individual as having their own unique energy anatomy, soul blueprint, body deva, and life experience. Therefore, while a client may immediately come in seeking complimentary care for back issues, because energy medicine addresses the whole person, we remain open and curious about what other opportunities for self-healing, self-care, or insight are being requested by the body, mind, and spirit of the unique individual.

What To Expect In A Session:
First time sessions include a health history intake to determine client goals, appropriate energy techniques to be used, and possible treatment plan and at home energy therapy practice. After the intake, the client will relax on the massage table while fully clothed (distant phone sessions are also available), to co-creativily heal and receive support for their intended goals. At times, sessions may include some form of intuitive or spiritual guidance, but depends on the clients needs. Individual results may vary. The close of the session includes grounding, a short debrief of the session, and follow up goals for continued self-care.
First time appointments last between 1.5 and 2 hours, with the health intake lasting between 30 to 75 minutes and 45 to 60 minutes of actual energy therapy.
Subsequent energy sessions can last between 75 to 90 minutes depending on client goals.
Healing Touch Energy Therapy This relaxing, nurturing, and heart based energy therapy uses gentle touch, on and off the body while the client is fully clothed, to work with the human bio-field, chakra anatomy, and meridians, supporting an individuals natural ability to heal and find balance. It can be used in a variety of settings and for people of all ages.
Healing Touch was founded by Janet Mentgen in 1989 and is a culmination of her nursing education, study and practice with other healers, and influence from modern day leaders in the field of energy medicine such as Rosalyn Bruyere, Brugh Joy, Barbara Ann Brennan, and Alice Bailey. It has been accredited by The American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) since 1989. Healing Touch began as a continuing education program for nurses, medical care providers, massage practitioners, and lay people, and is taught in university settings, hospitals, medical and nursing schools, and other various settings around the world. Healing Touch is certified by two different accrediting agencies: Healing Touch Program and Healing Beyond Borders.

Integrated Energy Therapy® Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) was developed at the Center of Being, by Stevan J. Thayer, who began teaching this modality in 1994. IET uses what is called a "heart-link", to align with the energy of angels and utilize a divine angelic energy ray to work directly with your 12-Strand Spiritual DNA. The modality provides a safe and gentle release of limiting energy patterns of your past, with the intention to ultimately empower and balance one's present. “Psych-K is a set of principles and processes designed to change subconscious beliefs that limit the expression of your full potential as a spiritual being having a human experience” (Psych-K.com, 2016). The techniques were created by Rob Williams in 1988 as a direct process for changing subconscious limiting beliefs to aid in aligning individuals with emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. By moving through the roadblocks created by limiting and outdated subconscious beliefs and aligning with enhanced belief statements, an individual can expand their potentiality and become more receptive to their inner state of wholeness and spiritual nature.
